Berserk Anime 1997 Worth Watching. Unfortunately the animation is quite limited. The 1997 series is pretty fantastic.

You think attack on titan is bleak? It has that old anime art style (that i personally love) and does the opening of the berserk story, known as 'the golden age' arc. But the art itself was beautiful, so the animation quality is forgivable.
There is a few weak scenes as i'm sure people will post in here to deter you from watching but i found it quite enjoyable and was just happy to have more berserk.
As i was watching berserk (the 1997 anime) and although i enjoyed it quite a lot, a few things confused me a bit: This particular show, however, had a reputation of being particularly dark, gritty, violent, and.
